A listing removal is a very simple process which will take you no more than a couple of minutes. By filling out the relevant part of our user-feedback form you can submit a ‘removal request’ which our team will review and process. Once complete (this typically takes a few working days) the listing in question will have been completely removed from the site and will remain so permanently.
The first step is to open up the page with your details. You will notice to the right of the address & telephone number, an icon depicting a pen writing on paper. Click here to open up the user-feedback form unique to that listing, from here you can request a removal. Remember that unless you use the form unique to your listing we cannot guarantee a quick removal. The form consists of three parts but for removal you need only complete one section.
Next fill in your name and email address. You do not need to enter anything in the ‘Position’ field. In the ‘Additional Comments’ field you may wish to explain any reasons you have for the removal request. the will help us to validate and process your request as quickly as possible.
Once all the necessary information is entered you can scroll back to the top of the form and hit ‘Submit Query’. You may encounter some warnings about missing information such as ‘Main Category.’ You will need to enter this to complete the form but it will not affect the removal.
